A big time concert is in town tomorrow night, the show is sold out, but you still want to go. Who you gonna call? A TICKET BROKER (sung like ghost busters). Maybe your favorite team is in town and tickets are available, but they are in the nosebleeds & you want to be close up to the action. Who you gonna call? A TICKET BROKER . It's a random Tuesday night and the local NBA team is playing. You want to go but they're playing the Nets (sorry Nets fans!) and you don't want to pay full price at the box office price for decent seats. Who you gonna call? A TICKET BROKER.
That's right a ticket broker is generally the answer for all of your ticketing needs. Over the years there has been a lot bad press about us and what we do. So in this email our goal is to tell you exactly what we do and how that benefits you, our customer.
1. Track Trends
Ticket brokers spend a ton of time researching theatre, sports, music..etc to get an idea of what will potentially be a hot ticket month's from now. Most of the time we know what you will want to see before you see it.
Customer Benefit: If you are a theatre fan imagine you had the foresight to buy Hamilton tickets months before it became a phenomenon? Well luckily for you WE did. So when all your friends are freaking out to get tickets you know you can call/text/email your broker and he has you covered.
2. We Buy Tickets.
Ticket brokers buy tickets in a multitude of ways. Most of the time it's because we own season tickets to the venue, wait in line at the public on-sale like everyone else or have another broker friend who will sell us their seats. What we don't do is hack venue websites or use bots to get an edge.
Customer Benefit #1: The benefit of us waiting in line is that you don't have to. If you want tickets to a show that is going to sell out you tell us where you want to sit and what your budget is and we make that happen.
Customer Benefit #2: You can sell us any tickets you don't want (Net's fans...we'll buy yours too)
3. We Sell Tickets.
Broker's sell tickets online, in person, over the phone and any other way that is fair & legal. The big misconception is that we mark up our prices like crazy. Ticket brokers sell based on market value. If the demand is high the market value will be high, if it's low YOU WIN because you will pay far less than face value.
Customer Benefit: You get tickets to any show you want.
4. Customer Service
Unlike scalpers or secondary sites actual brokers have customer support staff. If you have issues with your tickets we make sure they are resolved. A good broker has relationships with staff at every venue they buy at. So if something goes awry we have you covered.
Customer Benefit: peace of mind knowing that you are in good hands and will be seeing your sold out show, no matter what.
5. Make Friends
We aren't sure if every broker does this, but at Take Me Out Tickets we aren't just trying to sell seats to the N'Sync reunion tour. We are in this to make friends and lifelong customers. Hopefully we can get to the point where we are reaching out to you before a show even goes on sale to ask if you want tickets.
Customer Benefit: You have a ticket guy. Someone that you can always call to get you into any show, event or game. No matter how exclusive it is.
